The Daylight Saving Bill receives its Third Reading in the House of Commons tomorrow.
The Bill is calling on the Government to conduct a comprehensive review of the costs and benefits of putting clocks forward one hour, resulting in lighter evenings.
There are good arguments in favour. These include making our roads safer and making people feel safer by reducing the length of the darker evenings. And then there is the potential for more jobs in the tourism industry.
